You have to put a price, but I did not want to so I put a number. Final Approach is a Lidgard designed and built sloop. Commissioned in 1986 and built for DJ Johnson of the Waikiki Yacht Club. She has raced several times in the Kenwood Cup, Sydney Hobart, ARC, Transpac and many others as DJ circumnavigated her in the early 1990s. She is cold-molded from Kauri with fiberglass finish. All her systems are functioning. With 8 full bulkheads, three layers of Kauri, 1750 feet of sail, and a comfortable interior that accommodates 10 in four separate staterooms and two separate showers, she is wanting for nothing. If you are familiar with FA or Kiwi boats, you know they are among the best built boats in the world. The design is fast, good in the bay or open ocean, sails well to weather or off the wind, joinery is truly craftsman level and beatiful to boot. She is ready to sail and NOT a project boat.
